A certified inspector completes an annual exterior and interior checklist, records visible conditions, captures thermal reference images when conditions permit, documents safely accessible crawlspace and attic areas, and updates your Digital Home Record.
Expanded service includes agreed routine yearly tasks from your purchased Home Intelligence Plus maintenance plan. Annual service scope is confirmed in a written proposal.
Homes over 4,000 sq. ft., multiple structures, difficult access or extended travel require a separate written quote. Consumables, specialist services and repair work are additional. This is not a code inspection, engineering service or diagnosis.
