Site Line Visuals was founded from more than 25 years of hands-on general contracting experience in North Idaho and a simple realization: some of the most expensive decisions in construction are made before a homeowner can truly see what they are building.

WHY SITE LINE EXISTS
Before construction begins, we transform architectural plans into detailed 3D models and immersive VR experiences, allowing clients to walk their future home at full scale, understand room sizes and flow, visualize design decisions, and experience the home before it exists.
Once construction begins, Site Line Visuals can continue documenting the project at important stages using LiDAR and 3D scanning, thermal imaging, drone imagery, progress photography and detailed visual capture. This creates an organized visual history of the home—including important areas and systems that may eventually be hidden behind finished walls.
High-end photorealistic visualization can take the experience even further, helping clients see interiors, exteriors, materials and finishes before final decisions are made.
