Request a Quote carries your package, options and estimated total into a short form. Add your contact details and send the request directly to our team. We review your request, confirm project details and issue the controlling written proposal or quote — this document sets the exact scope, deliverables, schedule, travel and add-ons for your project.
Once you accept the proposal, you'll receive a Square invoice or payment request. Your written proposal confirms the payment terms. Scheduling and production are released only after the required payment is recorded.
Complete the mobile-friendly intake and upload plans, photos and project information for your approved project. Include your furniture and finish preferences and any referral source. The guided intake provides the details needed to prepare your visualization and capture plan.
We prepare your 3D visualization and coordinate the approved site-capture stages. You experience the proposed home and can request approved decisions or revisions.
During construction, we capture the selected milestones and accessible conditions included in your package, building your Permanent 3D Construction Record.
After quality control, you receive your organized deliverables and approved project record.
