OUR PROCESS

From the first blueprint to the final walk-through. See how Site Line Visuals bridges the gap between imagination and physical construction.

HOW IT WORKS

Submit your blueprints and complete our guided project intake. We use your plans, selections, and project details to build your 3D home model and prepare it for full-scale visualization.

Timing is confirmed in your proposal based on project size, plan quality, selected services, access, and construction schedule.

THE PERMANENT VISUAL RECORD

A clearer look at how Site Line Visuals supports your home before, during, and after construction.

BEFORE CONSTRUCTION

Blueprints contain critical information, but many homeowners cannot fully understand room size, flow, sight lines, window placement, stairs, ceiling relationships, and major design decisions from flat drawings alone. Site Line Visuals turns the proposed home into an understandable 3D and full-scale VR experience.

Walking through the home before construction begins gives you, your builder, and your design team a clearer way to discuss the plan while adjustments are generally easier to evaluate. The goal is to help you understand what is proposed before major work is installed—not to replace the architect, engineer, builder, or controlling construction documents.

DURING CONSTRUCTION

As construction progresses, important framing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, insulation, exterior, site, crawlspace, attic, and other accessible conditions can become concealed. Site Line Visuals captures the selected milestones included in your package and approved project scope before those conditions disappear behind finishes.

These visits build an organized visual history of what was accessible and captured at that point in the project. The record helps owners follow progress and creates a clearer reference for conversations with the project team throughout construction.

AFTER CONSTRUCTION

After the home is complete, the captured construction stages remain available as an organized visual reference. Instead of relying only on memory or ordinary finished photographs, owners can revisit documented areas and better understand what was visible before walls, ceilings, insulation, and finishes covered it.

The record can support future maintenance, repairs, remodeling, property understanding, and conversations with qualified contractors. It documents captured conditions; it is not a substitute for destructive investigation, professional inspection, engineering, or code verification when those services are required.

THE FULL JOURNEY

From choosing a path to receiving your finished project record.

1. CHOOSE YOUR PATH & CHECK YOUR ZIP

Choose New Construction, Realtor/Existing Home, or a Custom Request, and confirm your project ZIP is in our current service area before starting the full intake.

2. COMPLETE THE INTAKE

Fill out the mobile-friendly intake and upload plans, photos, and project information. This is where you note any referral source and select add-ons.

3. REVIEW & PROPOSAL

We review your submission and issue the controlling proposal or quote — this document sets the exact scope, deliverables, schedule, travel, and add-ons for your project.

4. APPROVE & PAY

Once you accept the proposal, you'll receive a Square invoice or payment request. Scheduling and production are released only after the required deposit/payment is recorded — there's no generic checkout cart.

5. VISUALIZATION & SITE VISITS

We prepare your 3D visualization and coordinate the approved site-capture stages. You experience the proposed home and can request approved decisions or revisions.

6. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

During construction, we capture the selected milestones and accessible conditions included in your package, building your Permanent 3D Construction Record.

7. QUALITY REVIEW & DELIVERY

After quality control, you receive your organized deliverables and approved project record.

DELIVERABLES

Your project becomes a growing visual record of your home—from plans to finished construction. Your written proposal identifies the exact 3D/VR, image, video, progress, thermal, drone, crawlspace/attic, archive, and file deliverables included for your package.

Delivery formats and access method (including whether source/model files are included) are listed in your written proposal — not every package includes every format.

TECHNOLOGY

Site Line Visuals combines state-of-the-art 3D modeling, virtual reality, LiDAR scanning, thermal imaging, aerial drone capture, and high-end photorealistic visualization to document and visualize your home with exceptional detail—from the first blueprint to the completed build.

See it. Walk it. Document it. Before—and throughout—the build.
