KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING BEFORE YOU ADD IT.
Every Site Line add-on has a specific purpose, deliverable, price and scope boundary. Use this page to understand the service in detail, then return to the Package Builder to add it to your project.
Walk through your planned home online and see it styled your way.
Your package includes an online walkthrough, up to six interior rooms with one finished photorealistic image each, and four exterior images. We create your first interior look from the inspiration photos and décor preferences in your intake.
Try different furniture styles and placement, rugs, curtains, pillows, bedding, artwork, decorative accessories, wall paint colors and color palettes in your interior images. We keep the same room layout, built-in features and camera viewpoints so you can compare the looks.
Changes to walls, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring or the building design are outside a décor change and require a separate scope and price.
After reviewing your first images, email one complete request identifying your project and rooms, the new look you want, and anything you want to keep. Attach inspiration photos or screenshots and include any product links. Your Site Line contact will confirm the requested scope before production.
Important: visualization represents the approved model and supplied selections. It is not a guarantee of exact field appearance, lighting, color reproduction, availability or final installation. Site Line production errors are corrected without charge.
Preserve a visual reference of hard-to-see spaces and accessible systems.
Every existing-home and new-construction package includes attic and crawlspace scans and reporting where these spaces are present and safely accessible. LiDAR 3D scanning and supporting imagery document visible framing, plumbing, ductwork, wiring routes, insulation and other accessible conditions. The scans and findings are organized with your home’s visual record for future reference.
Crawlspaces and attics are among the most overlooked parts of a home, even though they contain important framing, insulation, plumbing, wiring, ductwork and signs of how the home is performing.
Example: Months after the original visit, the homeowner is planning maintenance or a small project and needs to know how much accessible space is available near a duct, pipe or framing area. Instead of relying only on memory or immediately entering the space again, the homeowner and contractor can revisit the 3D record, look underneath or above the home, review visible conditions and use supported reference measurements to help plan the next step.
The record can also preserve visible staining, moisture evidence, insulation conditions and other accessible details at the time of capture. When a later authorized capture is available, the records can be compared to help identify seasonal changes or developing effects that deserve closer inspection.
Existing-home add-on pricing: quoted according to accessibility, size, safety and capture requirements.
Important: access must be safe and reasonably available. Measurements are planning references and are not survey, engineering or fabrication measurements. This is visual documentation, not destructive investigation, moisture testing, engineering, code certification or a guarantee that every concealed component or condition was captured.
Your home in your hands.
This upgrade turns the approved digital home model into a physical display model for project conversations, keepsake use or long-term display.
Size reference: approximately 8 × 8 inches of tabletop footprint. Model dimensions, height and scale vary with the home and selected option; final size is confirmed in the written proposal.
Example: The plans show several rooflines, a covered entry, an upper-level deck and different exterior materials, but the homeowner has difficulty understanding how those features relate to one another on a flat drawing.
With a physical scale model on the table, the homeowner, contractor and designer can look at the same home from every side, point to specific areas and discuss proportions, access, exterior transitions and presentation details together. After construction, the model becomes a lasting display and keepsake of the home.
Deliverable: the physical model and presentation features defined in the written proposal.
Important: final dimensions, scale, color, removable components, detail level, production time, shipping and price depend on the approved digital model and written scope. The model is a visual display piece, not a construction, permitting or engineering model.
Turn scattered home information into one organized ownership record.
Home Intelligence collects qualifying information about the home, its installed equipment, appliances, finishes and ownership needs. Instead of searching through drawers, emails and labels years later, the homeowner receives an organized record connected to the property.
Both records include a review of potential government and utility rebates, tax credits and deductions for documented appliances, insulation, heating and cooling systems, and other qualifying home improvements. We record relevant programs, eligibility requirements, deadlines, application links and required documents. Availability and eligibility must be confirmed; savings are not guaranteed, and your tax professional confirms tax eligibility.
Example: Several years after construction, a floor tile cracks, a cabinet door is damaged and an exterior finish needs touching up. The homeowner remembers the general colors but does not know the exact product names, finish codes, suppliers or original order information.
Home Intelligence Plus preserves deeper product, finish and supplier details so the homeowner and contractor have a stronger starting point for locating a matching replacement or the closest available alternative. The expanded maintenance and consumables plan also helps the owner understand what should be checked or replaced over time.
Example: Five years after moving in, the dishwasher needs a replacement part and the HVAC system needs a new filter. The appliance labels are difficult to reach, the manuals are missing and the homeowner does not remember who supplied the equipment or which filter size to buy.
With Home Intelligence, the available manufacturer, model and serial information, manuals, warranty records, supplier references, filter information and maintenance schedule are organized in one property record. The homeowner can quickly find the right information instead of searching through drawers, old emails and equipment labels.
Important: the record is based on information and labels available to Site Line. Manufacturer instructions and qualified service providers control actual maintenance and safety decisions.
Keep the home record useful long after construction is complete.
A certified inspector completes an annual exterior and interior checklist, records visible conditions, captures thermal reference images when conditions permit, documents safely accessible crawlspace and attic areas, and updates your Digital Home Record. Physical maintenance is included in the expanded service below.
Includes the annual scan, an advance shopping list, accessible filter and battery changes, and agreed routine yearly tasks from your purchased Home Intelligence Plus maintenance plan. Includes warranty and manual organization, manufacturer-based maintenance intervals, replacement references and maintenance tracking.
Homes over 4,000 sq. ft., multiple structures, difficult access or extended travel require a separate written quote. Consumables, specialist services and repair work are additional.
The first visit is best scheduled 10–12 months after completion and, when applicable, before the common one-year builder-warranty deadline.
Important: this service records observable conditions and maintenance information. It is not a code inspection, engineering service, destructive investigation, diagnosis or warranty determination. Access, safety, weather and equipment conditions may limit parts of the visit.
PREVIEW — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
Documented Change Authorization & Owner Approval
This proposed add-on creates one clear record for construction changes: who requested the change, who has authority to approve it, what it may cost, how it may affect the schedule, whether the contractor accepted it and when every required approval was completed.
Example: One owner asks the contractor to move the kitchen island and add electrical work. The second owner does not know about the request. Materials are ordered, the work begins and the price and completion date change. Later, the owners disagree about who approved the added cost.
With the proposed Mr. & Mrs. Smith process, the request is recorded before work proceeds, the contractor provides the expected price and schedule effect, and every owner whose approval is required accepts or rejects the change. The timestamped record shows exactly what was requested, what was approved and who authorized it.
DRAFT — NOT ACTIVE — PENDING IDAHO CONSTRUCTION COUNSEL REVIEW.
Before the project begins, every legal owner must be identified and the governing construction agreement must state who may request and approve changes. Unless that agreement or a separate signed authorization clearly grants one person sole authority, a change requiring owner approval will not be marked approved in the Site Line record until every required owner and the builder or contractor have provided the required written or electronic approval.
Each change record is intended to identify the requested change, affected location, requesting person, available supporting evidence, contractor-supplied price or allowance effect, expected schedule or scope effect, required approvals, timestamps, current status and final disposition.
No verbal request, text message, field conversation, payment, scheduling action or Site Line entry by itself changes the governing construction contract. Emergency work, safety issues, code-required corrections, allowances, credits, cancellations, disputed changes, delegation of authority and work begun before final approval must follow the attorney-approved form and the governing construction agreement.
When a change requires new Site Line capture, the record will flag SCOPE CHANGE — ADDITIONAL CAPTURE REVIEW REQUIRED. A new trip is not automatically free and does not automatically consume an existing package visit. Site Line will review available adaptive capacity and, when needed, propose a paid change-order visit.
Site Line’s role is documentation and record organization. Site Line does not set the contractor’s price, direct the work, give legal advice or decide whether a change is legally enforceable.
Legal-review gate: this preview cannot be purchased, signed or activated. Final language, forms and workflow must be reviewed by Idaho construction counsel and coordinated with the project’s governing construction agreement before release.
PRE-ENROLLMENT — QUALIFIED INSPECTOR REQUIRED
Add qualified human construction review to the Site Line documentation record.
An extra qualified set of eyes never hurts on a construction project. This optional service combines organized Site Line visual evidence with a private construction-quality review performed or coordinated through an appropriately qualified, licensed or certified inspector as required for the project location. The inspector—not the capture technician or AI—holds authority over inspection findings and the released report.
Foundation → Framing → Final. Read the draft inspection checklist and service standards. The complete checklist will be confirmed after licensing review.
Example: Before insulation and drywall cover the work, the qualified inspector reviews the accessible project areas and Site Line visual record. The inspector identifies an exterior window-flashing detail that appears incomplete and a framed opening that should be compared with the approved plans.
The observations, supporting images and recommended follow-up are placed in an organized written report and provided to the homeowner and general contractor. Follow-up proceeds through the project’s established chain of command so the general contractor can coordinate the appropriate trade, correction or professional evaluation while the work is still accessible. The response and any completed correction can then be documented before the area is concealed.
Important: this is a private construction-quality service. It does not replace building-department inspections, engineering, architecture, surveying, code enforcement, specialty-trade certification or any legally required approval. AI may organize evidence and assist the review, but it does not replace the qualified inspector’s judgment.
Activation gate: enrollment and payment open only after Site Line confirms the qualified inspector, applicable jurisdictional requirements, credentials, insurance, inspection checklist, report template, customer agreement and capture-to-report workflow.
