Timing is confirmed in your written proposal based on project size, plan quality, selected services, access, and construction schedule. As a general guide, allow approximately three weeks for initial 3D preparation once we receive complete blueprints and intake information; larger or more complex projects may take longer.
Plans are normally needed for pre-construction modeling — you'll upload them and complete our guided intake. Existing-home and documentation services may use field capture and other approved sources instead.
We bring your prepared home model to the property and establish its planned location and orientation. You can then experience the home at full scale in VR, helping you understand the layout, room relationships, views and overall feel before construction begins.
Yes. Corrections and customer-requested scope changes are handled differently, with price and schedule effects confirmed in writing. We can document requested visualization changes; architectural, structural or construction changes must be approved and incorporated into the plans by the appropriate project professionals.
The team reviews the submission, requests missing information if needed, prepares the proposal, and sends the approved Square payment request before scheduling and production are released.
Depending on the package and stage of construction, documentation can include 3D/LiDAR scanning, framing and hidden systems, thermal imagery, drone imagery, crawlspaces, utilities, insulation, finishes and major construction milestones.
Instead of construction photos being scattered across phones, texts and emails, Site Line organizes your project’s visual documentation into a lasting record—giving you a reference for how your home was built, including important areas that may later be concealed behind finished surfaces.
Yes. High-end photorealistic visualization can show interiors and exteriors with selected materials, finishes, fixtures and design details, allowing you to better visualize the finished home before those decisions are finalized. This is a priced add-on unless included in your written proposal.
No. The number and frequency of visits depend on the package you select. We offer options ranging from essential milestone documentation to frequent active-build monitoring, with custom scheduling available for larger or more complex projects.
Yes. While starting with the blueprints provides the most complete experience, Site Line can also document an active construction project depending on its current stage and the services needed.
No. Site Line Visuals provides visualization and construction documentation. Our services do not replace your architect, engineer, contractor, surveyor, governmental inspection or other licensed professionals.
