During construction, scheduled visits document selected stages using LiDAR 3D scanning, thermal imagery, drone imagery, and progress capture. Preserve a visual reference of framing, visible electrical and plumbing runs, HVAC systems, and other accessible areas before finished surfaces cover them.

Add temperature-pattern imagery to your home’s visual record.
Thermal imagery documents visible temperature patterns during selected construction stages. These images provide another reference alongside your construction photos and scans and may highlight areas that warrant further evaluation.
Thermal imagery does not establish the cause of a temperature difference and is not a moisture diagnosis or inspection report.

LiDAR 3D scanning creates a visual digital record of accessible rooms, framing, mechanical spaces, crawlspaces, and selected construction stages. Return to the captured spaces after construction to review visible systems and their locations before they were covered.
The record can help you and your contractor plan maintenance, repairs, or remodeling by providing a reference of what was visible at the time of capture. Coverage depends on the selected stages and accessible areas.

3D visualization from plans is included in Levels 1–3 and may be included in a custom proposal. It is intentionally excluded from the documentation-first Construction Documentation package. The Interior + Exterior Visualization add-on includes an online walkthrough, up to six interior room images, four exterior images and your initial décor style. Alternate décor styles are $250 per change (up to two); additional rooms or images are $120 each (see Packages & Services) unless included in your written proposal.
3D Printed Scale Model
Turn your digital home into a detailed physical scale model you can hold, display and keep long after construction is complete.
A yearly maintenance visit with one organized record of the home.
A certified inspector completes an annual exterior and interior checklist, records visible conditions, captures thermal reference images when conditions permit, documents safely accessible crawlspace and attic areas, and updates your Digital Home Record. Physical maintenance is included in the expanded service below.
Includes the annual scan, an advance shopping list, accessible filter and battery changes, and agreed routine yearly tasks from your purchased Home Intelligence Plus maintenance plan. Includes warranty and manual organization, manufacturer-based maintenance intervals, replacement references and maintenance tracking.
Homes over 4,000 sq. ft., multiple structures, difficult access or extended travel require a separate written quote. Consumables, specialist services and repair work are additional.
