See the technology in action.
Explore how we transform blueprints into immersive experiences and document every stage of construction—creating a permanent visual record of your home.
From structural framing and thermal imaging to precise LiDAR scanning and photorealistic AI interior visualization—see all layers of your project in one connected experience.
AI-enhanced concept visualization — shown for illustration; not a photograph of a completed project.
Visualizing the 3D model directly on the property to experience layout and views before construction begins.
Why it helps: Review room relationships, home placement and views before committing to construction.
Documenting critical structural stages, allowing homeowners to walk their future home while tracking real progress.
Why it helps: Keep a dated reference of framing and progress that can be revisited after later stages cover the work.
Capturing temperature patterns during key construction stages — a visual reference, not a moisture or inspection diagnosis.
Why it helps: Add a temperature-pattern reference to the record for the captured stage and conditions.
Using LiDAR scanning to create a detailed visual digital record of spaces before walls are closed.
Why it helps: Revisit captured visible systems and their relationship to the surrounding rooms and framing.
See the home, site and construction progress together from an aerial perspective when conditions and authorization permit.
Why it helps: Understand the relationship between the build, exterior work and surrounding property.
Turn the approved digital home into a physical scale model designed to be held, displayed and kept after construction.
Why it helps: Discuss the proposed home with a physical model and keep it as a display piece.
ILLUSTRATIVE DEMONSTRATION · SAMPLE INFORMATION
SI-assisted Home Intelligence: ask your home a question and get answers from your home’s records. Finding information is as simple as asking a question. Ask about your appliances, finishes, maintenance, or documented construction details, and the assistant looks up the relevant information in your home’s database.
This fictional sample shows how information can be organized. It is not a delivered customer record. The contents of your record depend on your selected package, captured areas, and available product information.
EXPLORE A SAMPLE HOME RECORD ↓This is a demonstration of the intended question-and-answer experience, not a live connected assistant. Answers draw on the information available in the home record; missing information is identified rather than guessed.
Example answer: I’ll look up your heating equipment record, find its documented filter type and size, and show the replacement reference and any recorded manufacturer guidance. If the filter details haven’t been recorded, I’ll tell you what information is missing.
Example answer: I’ll find the living room finish entry and bring up the recorded paint product, color, sheen, and available label or supplier reference.
Example answer: I’ll look up the selected equipment, bring up its available manual, and check the maintenance plan and recorded completion dates. Available answers depend on the information included in your purchased record.
Explore each section below. Home Intelligence Record organizes core equipment, appliance, and finish information. Home Intelligence Plus adds deeper product documentation, warranty and manual organization, and a maintenance plan. Construction scans come from your selected documentation service.
How you use it: When a service company asks which washer you own, find its identification information without moving the appliance. Equipment and appliance entries can also connect to recorded filter or replacement references.
Actual entries use the information that can be captured or supplied. Missing labels or unavailable records are noted rather than guessed.
How you use it: Find the recorded color, sheen, or flooring product when planning a touch-up or replacement. A matching library keeps those references connected to the room where they belong.
Photos support the record, but lighting and screens affect appearance. Product labels and original selection information provide a stronger matching reference when available.
How you use it: Find the manual, service contact, and supplied warranty paperwork together when scheduling service. The record organizes available documents; it does not create or extend warranty coverage.
Potential rebates or tax incentives identified for documented appliances or heating equipment can be noted for review, with available supporting references. Eligibility and current program requirements must be confirmed separately.
How you use it: Prepare the right supplies and follow a plan tied to your home’s equipment. The plan can organize recurring care, consumables, and replacement references.
The plan is documentation. An Annual Home Health Scan or Expanded Annual Checkup & Maintenance is a separate service. Agreed routine maintenance tasks follow the purchased plan; the homeowner supplies consumables.
How you use it: Return to the captured stage before planning a repair or remodel and review where visible systems were documented before the finishes covered them.
This demonstration contains no customer scan or live scan viewer. Explore the existing LiDAR 3D scanning example and thermal example to see the capture methods. Coverage reflects the selected visits and visible, accessible conditions at capture.
Start with a room or equipment entry, then review its connected product details, finish references, and available documents. Keep the construction record alongside the finished-home information so the two can be consulted together.
When an annual documentation service is purchased, its captured observations can be added to the record for comparison over time. Repairs, specialist evaluations, and additional capture are scoped separately.
What matters: An organized record of what was captured and supplied, with clear references and practical uses—not assumed information about concealed conditions.
